Fixes, mainly for @osisRefs #97

I made a pull request for about 17 fixes I made, mostly in @osisRef values. I believe I still have permissions to accept the pull request, but since I've been inactive for a while, I wanted to check in before I did merge them in. Would anyone like to review, or should I just go ahead and accept?

I think I'll be able to make a good number of further fixes, for instance there appear to be about 30 cases of duplicate entries (for instance, περιραίνω seems to have four entries, each less complete than the previous).
