Did several changes:

• Changed JavaScript code to don't wait for the DOM to be loaded to run everything.
• Added id attribute to the form to refer to it on JavaScript code.
• Defined the function to perform the search, and then refer to it when binding to the submit event.
• Now the search function binding is done using delegated way.
• Removed comments.
• Removed $ from variable names that are not jQuery objects.
• Now $.getJSON is used instead of $.ajax
• Now an array of strings is used to build the HTML, that is later inserted on the results table using html.
• Other changes: squashed commits, reordered some HTML in templates, adjusted requirements.
