Added Javanese #43

Add Javanese, one of many mother tongues in Indonesia. I saw Sundanese already added, why not Javanese. Both of them are the mother tongue for each race.

Why was Javanese not added? Quite simple really, you hadn't yet made a PR :) Thanks to you its now there (and we really need native speakers to make sure the language name is actually correct)
