Update data link in comparison tools #44

Update data link to tools and also another data looks like FOSS status, active status, small update to supported format

take a look at #42, the :doc:... shouldn't be changed

It is supposed to be like that. If you check this link http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/localization-guide/en/latest/guide/tools/comparison.html you will see it correctly link to each file

Ok. Thank you. I think I will revert some link when they have a guide for them. If not or incomplete, I will refer to external link.
