Removed translator comments are still included in PO files #2010

In my PO file a label had a translator comment. This comment was removed in Pootle (and it is no longer visible there). Afterwards the comment still is included in the PO file. (Other changes, also those which I made after removing the comment, are correct inside the file.)

I am experiencing this bug with Pootle 2.1.6.

I had a translator comment in a POT file. I updated the PO files and it was added there, too. Then I removed it in the POT and updated again. The translator comment was still in the PO file. Then I manually removed it from the PO file, but when I now update from the POT, it is inserted again. I have no clue, where it is coming from...
