Speed up the uploading project #4947

Is it possible to speed up the process of uploading a project?? Yesterday at 1pm (13.00) i started to upload a project with more than 800K lines. It took more than 12hours... If you wonder why there are so many lines, it's a mmo game (Elder Scrolls Online)... but the point is, I remember the process was way too fast than now with other pootle versions...

MY SERVER DETAILS Ubuntu Linux 15.10 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz, 4 core 16GB RAM 2TB HDD

PROJECT DETAILS Project 1: 6199 strings and according to Pootle 37096 words Project 2: 2815 strings and according to Poole 17290 words Project 3: 814685 strings and according to Poolte 7028064 words

TOTAL: 823699 strings and 7082450 words
