Marathi, Nepali would be new strings that locamotion doesn't have complete in either 1.1 or 1.2.

Given string conservation between 1.1 and 1.2 a msgmerge with 1.2 POT would also boost 1.2 project in these langs.

I'm starting with ones that aren't under debate: Kreyol and Pashto

ht - Kreyol - committed in r10152 and review in r10153 I named this 'Haitian; Hatian Creole' to align with ISO639 names

ps - Pashto - committed in r10154 Named using the ISO code 'Pushto; Pashto' Not enabled as after removing all the translations that where just English it becomes 60% translated.

I'll review this ticket again with an eye towards closing as fixed (for now). Hopefully, similar opportunities to pass strings back upstream will continue as new languages are added to OLPC / Sugar Pootle server.
