Ability for user to export all their data for GDPR 'right to access'

The European Union's GDPR regulations affect all public installations of Pootle, as EU Citizens can register and contribute. One important right that users have under the GDPR is the 'right to access': the right to obtain a copy of all data stored on them in a timely fashion.

Is there a way for Pootle users to export all their own data to a machine-readable format (e.g. CSV), or is there an SQL query which can be manually executed by an administrator to export this data on their behalf?
