[kk] Import Kazakh translations for Firefox OS #3112

The Mozilla Kazakh l10n team would like to transfer their Firefox OS project from Transifex to their Pootle project at mozilla.locamotion.org/kk . Their already translated materials for Firefox OS can be found at https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/gaia-l10n-11/language/kk/ .

Hi Jeff, busy looking at this now. Missed the original I'm afraid but busy pushing out FxOS now so will look at importing.

Imported from Transifex into Pootle.

Did it manually, I'm sure I could learn an automated way.
