Hi,
In the 'example_data.mat' for SEM, there are two extra variances (i of data.y and b of data.u) that have not been described in the 'readme.md'.
i
data.y
b
data.u
What does i and b represent?
Thanks, Jenny
Dear Jenny,
the entries i and b contain additional information about the original experiment. They are not needed to run the SEM toolbox. The readme.md file explains all necessary parts.

Best wishes Jakob
