Where is the flags.zip file supposed to go on Linux ? Just get a 404 when searching through GUI. I'm using the Synocommunity install but I imagine it's the same across Linux. Thanks.

You need to install SSL support (some kind of tricky library in Linux)

You run TransGUI in the Synology NAS? Or you run transmission-deamon in the Synology Nas and TransGUI in your local computer (Windows/Mac/Linux). The file flags.zip would be placed in the same place where the file transgui.ini is. Usually in your local computer, not in the Synology NAS. You could download separatelly from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/leonsoft-kras/transmisson-remote-gui/master/flags.zip and move it manually in that folder (in the computer where TransGUI -not Transmission- is installed)
