Needs some update after the AOE2.net outage and coming back online #44

I tried the overlay today now that aoe2.net is back, it isn't seem to be working

Yes, responses on some endpoints changed and some stuff is missing in the new API. We're looking into it!

As we are working on other projects in parallel, it could take some time. If you need an Overlay in the meantime, you can for example use as well this one: https://aoe2.gg/overlay

I know this overlay and unfortunately it doesn't work when playing in Team Game :/

There is also " https://aoe2-overlay.neyl.dev " but it takes a long time to update you don't keep the visual for long...

This overlay is still based on aoe2.net, so if that page is down or shows otherwise false information, that will bubble up into this overlay as well. We are currently working on replacing aoe2.net with our own solution. We will still investigate, if there is anything to do, to fix this issue in the current implementation of the overlay. It should be possible to make it not show, when there is an error with the data source (aoe2.net).
