There doesn't need to be a field in the database. The information just needs to be sent to the server. Looks like it's not sent to the server for some reason, can you check in the inspector if the field is sent to the server and if it is present when you get the data?

When I enter a description for the corruption risk and click on save the information aren't saved. I'm also not sure if there is a field in the database where we store this information.
