Binary transparency isn’t really sticking with people when we discuss it with them. So, lets rename to Asset Transparency with seems more inline with common usage:
Further, folks want this tool to just verify already downloaded URLs instead of also fetching. So, lets rename it to tl for transparency log and introduce tl verify, tl get etc.
