For example, see https://www.dekamer.be/kvvcr/showpage.cfm?section=/cricra&language=nl&cfm=dcricra.cfm?type=plen&cricra=cri&count=all. The source report PDFs ask to cite the actual reports, not just taking excerpts. Added value: provenance & trustworthiness of the data, even though we keep a copy in case the originals are removed on the government website.
