We currently extract fractions from data.dekamer.be.
It would be nice at some point in the future we had the individual party of the politician instead, so people know who to watch, based on which party they can vote for.
Then, Politician can contain an attribute party_id, Party can contain a fraction_id and a name, and we have a new Fraction dataclass with an id and a name.
