- actions/checkout v3 → v4
- actions/setup-python v4 → v5
- codecov/codecov-action v3 → v4
- Add required CODECOV_TOKEN secret to repo configuration.
- pre-commit/action v3.0.0 → v3.0.1
- Add dependabot configuration to automate PRs for the above changes.
- Bump mypy and ruff versions.
