Rename SCD file #13

This is not a big issue. How does one change the name of the SCD file in OpenSCD?

Or shall I use an XML editor to do that?

Currently we don't provide a way or require the end user to edit the Header element.

I'd like to create a versioning plugin for this at some stage, but time is quite limited at the moment.

Note this is quite different to renaming the SCD file.
