Unable to put spaces in text fields #18

Periodically after 10-15 minutes of usage in our OpenSCD distribution, we often find that in text fields where we can normally place spaces we can no longer do that (in any text field and in any editor plugin).

If we refresh the application and start again spaces can be entered. If spaces are copied and pasted from a text editor they can be entered

Typically this affects search filtering in the later binding plugin but it equally affects the publisher plugin.

I am not sure how to diagnose this and I don't have a set of reproduction steps but it is quite bothersome 😞

I'm hoping to reproduce this at a convenient time and request help from @ca-d

So far, I have not seen this behaviour at all in locally hosted versions of any open-scd-core distribution on my development machine.
