Fix range for T #11

In the model we are sometimes using range(T) and sometimes range(T+1). This should be consistent.

@XiaotongMeng could you explain again why you want to have range(T+1) ?

well we discussed in whatssapp and it is the inner loop ti in range(t+1) ,which not related to outer loop range(T)
