Count of buildings corrected #18

Issue with count of buildings. Changed the code to solve it.

@ben because I populated it in a new column for each building type and modernization status.. if you see the unique values of that column , they are only five -six I guess..But I think the data prep file has been properly revamped in @tranvutuan2001 branch so closing this pull request
