Task D: Make operating radius work

Make operating radius work (with zipcodes and driving distances)

• Adjust existing csv with distributors (e.g. Viessmann as a germanwide supplier)
• Adjust the constraint in the model

Ill do it the following way:

• 69% will have operating radius of 70
• 20%, will have operating radius of 100
• 10%, will have operating radius of 150
• 1%, will have a german wide operating radius (value is set to None)

For each, I will then try to find the closest districts by the following method

1. Find the ones closest by air distance operating radius + 100km
2. Order by air distance
3. Filter 15 first entries and for those check that the driving distance is in the operating radius
