No Voice when hold&unhold the call at Callee side

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place an audio call between A(Caller) and B(Callee) .
2.Hold&Unhold Call at B side.
3.Unhold both sides.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
we can expect both side voice will present . But voice is not present at both 
sides.

When holding&unholding the call at caller side it is working fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Imsdroid 2.0 
Samsung galaxy S3, S plus, S2

Please provide any additional information below.

Can u please help me on this . It is very help full for me.
