Proper api.php path is provided but script didn't recognizes it #58

If I run the command

python dumpgenerator.py --api=http://mamedev.org/devwiki/api.php --xml --images

I get the error

Checking api.php... http://mamedev.org/devwiki/api.php
Error in api.php, please, provide a correct path to api.php

Maybe the local api.php have any kind of live hacks?

Works for me now with current code, do you still encounter the problem?
