Last Wiki Uploaded using upload.py will be missing all metadata

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run normal dump using launcher (3+ wikis)
2. Run Uploader.py

I added the metatags my self, they where missing.

Python 2.7.3

How do you know it's about the order in which they were in the list?

After three tries, I noticed that only the last one on the list always failed 
the meta data, If the script had better logging / output, I would be able to 
provide more information

I've never managed to see this bug, either it's not present in the last 
revision of the script or it's due to some specific configuration: please tell 
what OS you use, what revision of the script and what list of wikis.
For instance, this item was the last created one of my last run of uploader.py 
(though it wasn't the last of the supplied list):

Now that I think of it I saw similar results as your metadataless item, but it 
was due to issue 88 which is now mostly solved. Hence, please try again. :)
