Create functionality that allows the user to read the rest of the movie description.

Currently, the description fades out after a certain character length.

Functionality implemented. New issue: Whenever you run the roulette it remains toggled open.

Note: The restaurant API does not send back a full review -- not implementing the additional functionality here, leaving the fade.
