Update to Nexus OSS 3.25.1-04, Alpine 3.12 #48

This PR updates the base image to alpine:3.12 and installs the latest Nexus OSS release 3.25.0-03.

You can right away update the Nexus version to 3.25.1-04 since there is a critical security vulnerability found in < 3.25.1 versions. 👍 for the PR to be merged asap to fix that
