According to https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/NEXUS-14493 the folder where the backup are restored from is now in a different place.

@TAvardit do you think this addresses the problem you were seeing with 3.13.0?

Hi @pires, I tested it with 3.12.1 and I was able to restore the backup correctly, while extracting into /backups caused Nexus to fail at every restart.

I am polishing the final setup of the application, after that I will also try the 3.13.0 before "going live" :-)

@pires no. This is a fix for the restore process that I have noticed to be problematic but I haven't taken the great work @emas80 did to correct the doc. Thanks @emas80 !
