Added Member ID Array return needed by POS

Hi @umbrellatec2016 , I'm sorry, but the latest changes made in this repository are not entirely correct, the documentation is missing explaining the use of the library with the inclusion of the parser and the cache. #14

Also, before accepting this change we have detected a bigger problem, you can not have sub-packages in go as the dependency manager (dep) treats each repository as a single entity. You can talk with @zechao about this. Thx.
