Whether Support Guaranteed Bitrate and Maximum Bitrate #324

Hello @ivan4th, @sergeymatov May I check upg-vpp support Support Guaranteed Bitrate or Maximum Bitrate? I think if I create policy and set policy to interface, and classify session, upg-vpp can guaranteed bitrate. I find policy in qer field, such a function is implemented already?

Also, should I adjust the throughput within the upf from the 3GPP perspective? (e.g Guaranteed Bitrate, Maximum Bitrate...)

anything that relates to QoS is unsupported. GBR and MBR enforcement falls into that category.

We currently have no immediate plans to work on that either. Patches are welcome!
