Investigate deployment to Zenodo via GitHub Actions on new release #16

As discussed in https://github.com/traversaro/phd-thesis/issues/15, new releases should be uploaded to Zenodo to get a new version-specific DOI. It would be nice to do this automatically via GitHub Actions.

Interestingly, there is integration between Zenodo and GitHub (it has been already used by @drdanz), that at least cover the automatic tag --> new Zenodo version workflow. However I do not know how it works with artifacts.
