Fix image in Chapter 7 and Chapter 6 #33

Fix https://github.com/traversaro/traversaro-phd-thesis/issues/31 . I also added an "upload artifact" step in the CI, so that one can inspect the PDF produced by a PR even before merging the PR (see https://docs.github.com/en/actions/managing-workflow-runs/downloading-workflow-artifacts for how).
