Thesis links updated #4

The previous version of the website was pointing to the url, https://traversaro.github.io/preprints/traversaro-phd-thesis.pdf which is currently broken. The updated website points to the thesis at the url https://traversaro.github.io/phd-thesis/traversaro-phd-thesis.pdf

Indeed there were a few other files in preprints that were meant to be permalink, that are now broken. This should be fixed.

The thesis links is now https://traversaro.github.io/traversaro-phd-thesis/traversaro-phd-thesis.pdf, and it should be updated also in https://traversaro.github.io/publications/traversaro2017thesis/, thanks @FabioBergonti for reporting the problem.
