Ran tests and found setuid bits by purely textual search. Further analysis is required.

If these are found to be benign, examine http://github.com/travis-ci/apt-package-whitelist/compare/test-apt-package-whitelist-1940 and its PR.

Packages found: libcdio-dev libcdio13 libiso9660-dev libiso9660-8 libcdio-cdda-dev libcdio-cdda1 libcdio-paranoia-dev libcdio-paranoia1 libudf-dev libudf0 libcdio-utils

See https://travis-ci.org/travis-ci/apt-whitelist-checker/builds/94753751 for details.

Looks like optional compile time support for seteuid/setegid. Will this issue be stalled forever, or is it in queue waiting for someone to inspect the logs?
