Ruby 2.4.10 is not available #73

On Ububtu 14.04 (and other OS'es) Ruby 2.4.10 is not available. It has been just recently released along with 2.7.1, 2.6.6, and 2.5.8. Those are present, but not 2.4.10.

Ruby 2.4.10 is now available on most of OS'es. Thanks!
