Add option to show notifications only for failures. #11

The usage case would be to set the notification style to alert in the System Preferences, so it is possible to check if a build fails without being disturbed successful builds.

This sounds like a good idea to me. :+1:

I think it would also be nice to be notified of the first passing build after a failing build, just to know that everything is fixed again.

Eventually I would like to set this on a per-repository basis, but that would require a significant change of the preference structure, so I think I'll keep that for later.
