matrix include configs are unrecognized #16

Using http://lint.travis-ci.org/ to validate https://github.com/ponylang/ponyc/blob/master/.travis.yml shows a bunch of things that aren't really problems: screen shot 2017-03-20 at 6 15 14 pm

I think this "matrix.include.env section: does not support multiple values" and "matrix.include section: unexpected key addons" errors are wrong.

Otherwise, thanks for providing the tool, though! 😺
