The homepage says mtr distfiles can be downloaded from FTP but the FTP site is down. It says files can be downloaded by HTTP but the latest file on the HTTP server is 0.94; the 0.95 file is not there.
Perhaps you could create a GitHub "release" for each tag and upload that tag's distfiles to the release.
