Show target ip when use -r or -j

Hi and thanks for mtr Is there a way to get the target ip when use -r or -j, i want to know the domain resolve when i mtr domain

@recallgy hello， you want mtr show ip address instead of hostname ? maybe you could use -n ,then mtr will show ip instead of name.
