Finalize database structure for object detection #3

The database structure should support the following:

image meta data, including location, height, yaw, pitch, roll, file location
split images (25 images per main image), including location within main image
types of object, e.g. small mammal, large mammal, bird
species of object
phase of object
stored detection of object (phase to split image), including the bounds and authority

Most of the database has been created and in place; however, this NEEDS to be finalized to continue.
