Is it possible to make the helmfile version configurable via environment variables?

ping @travisghansen, looks like there is some issue in helmfile 0.154.0, so it can't fetch AWS SSM param cross account with role_arn specified. 0.157.0 doesn't have that, would be nice to see this merged :)

Just released v0.3.7 bumping all the binaries.
