• Bumped helm 3 version from v3.14.0 to v3.14.2
• Bumped kubectl version from v1.28.2 to v1.29.2
• Bumped helm-diff version from 3.6.0 to 3.9.5
• Bumped helm-git version from 0.14.3 to 0.15.1
• Bumped helm-secrets version from 4.3.0 to 4.6.0
