Helm mirror *unsupported protocol scheme* #113

Hi,

i tried to mirror the helm repository of eas using helm-mirror and got an error unsupported protocol scheme. it seems that the URL of the archives must include the scheme (cf https://v2.helm.sh/docs/chart_repository_faq/) when creating the index.yaml file.
