Form field labels are missing when adding the integration #97

Home Assistant Versions 2023.9.3

Might be because of HomeAssistant language setting "Deutsch" and browser language setting "English", but I haven't had any such issues since. I'd be happy enough if English labels would be shown if no german translation exists.
