- [x] Read a codeplug.
- [x] Write a codeplug.
- [ ] Clone a codeplug to a new radio without overwriting its existing identity.
Editing will be reserved for other issues.
The app should be able to read, write, and edit codeplugs either from the official software or from the radio.
