Close this issue when:

[x] We have a kernel debug message buffer.
[x] printf() will write to it.
[x] It persists across reboots.
[x] The BSL client will dump the log.

It would also be nice to have an applet for reading the buffer, but that will only work if the log is not very verbose. Later, we'll add support for exporting the log by radio.
