Close this issue when we a package an installer using the QT Installer Framework.

Installers work on Linux and Windows, and mac port oughtn't be too hard.

On Linux, I still don't know how to include the right dynamic libraries. We'll either need to solve that or to recommend that Linux users build their own copy.

macOS is now building and signing on ARM. X86 should be the same, but will have to wait until I'm home or figure out cross compilation.
