My problem:

There is no "PoC||GTFO" welcome screen
hot keys described in http://md380.org do not working. (Except red back key, it shows menus correctly)
My MD380 behaviors just like vendor's own firmware, nothing changed

PS: My device is MD380 without GPS, old vocoder. Menu->Utilities->MD380Tools also shows correctly.

It did this upgrade both in Windows and Linux, exactly following the instructions written in README.md. Results are same.

The problem is due to that I did not turn on "Show Calls" option.
