This pull request is a fix for https://github.com/travishaynes/shopify-mock/issues/13 and solves the problems created by Shopify's new rollout of API versioning (more information here: https://www.shopify.com/partners/blog/api-versioning-at-shopify).

Okay, it's merged. I'll have to do a gem version release later when I get the time.
