Code here up-to-date? #1

Hi,

I'm working my way through your book (and really like it) and had some questions. Is the code in this repo up-to-date? In the book I see some references to truncating files in different places but it doesn't seem to be in the code in the book (eg page 36-37, index isn't truncated). Wondering what the right approach is. I'd post this in the forum at PP, but those seem to be unavailable.

The pragprog site was down for a bit while I was working, but it's up now and I have downloaded the source from there. Looks like an errata to me (truncate was moved into the index itself), but I will report it through the book site.
